Mike is great to deal with - knowledgeable, patient, helpful, accommodating and no pressure! I am fairly new to cycling. Mike was extremely helpful with the bike selection process, allowing me 2+ hours to go through as many bikes as I was curious about. Settled on a Specialized SL5, and tire went flat in first week. Mike got me an extra tube, and went through the trouble of helping me with fixing the flat, even though I had already purchased the bike. Truly couldn’t recommend him enough - knowledgeable, helpful, super friendly.
I’ve purchased two bikes from Mike - a Specialized SL6 last year for myself and a Cannondale Synapse this year for my girlfriend. Both times were a 10/10 experience. Mike is knowledgeable, straightforward, and clearly cares about getting you on the right bike rather than just making a sale.
