Return Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We encourage you to inspect the bike thoroughly and ask questions before making a purchase. An inspection with a bike mechanic can be arranged upon request.

Exchange Policy

Within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange your previously purchased bike for another model. You will either pay the difference between the two bikes or be refunded the difference. The bike being return should be in the same condition to eligible for value at the time of sale.
