Mike is very knowledgeable in the bikes he sells from specs thru models and what will be best for the client. I am a new road cyclist and he was very helpful with explaining the differences in frames, brands, etc. Ultimately, he helped me prioritize COMFORT over brand. However, after days of combing the internet, I could not find one negative thing about Mike or BCBC- So I took a chance- What a great experience!! Spent 3 hours with Mike looking for 2 bikes for my sons, who are just getting into the sport. They weren’t expecting to leave with 2 bikes, but how could they not. First, Mike had a HUGE selection of bikes (various brands, all with upgraded components) … they were able to “test drive” about 5, 6 bikes each. He was SO patient and even gave them a tutorial on the different bikes. Mike gave off a trustworthy vibe and you can tell he knows his stuff and stands by his products. You feel his enthusiasm for the sport. We bought a Trek Emonda and a Specialized Roubaix. Would recommend that anyone who is looking for a pre-loved bike reach out to him.
