I recently purchased a Trek Emonda SL6 from Mike. I was new to triathalons and was in need of help finding my first bike. Mike took an intro call with me and gave me a thorough rundown of biking 101. He then listened to me explain my situation and gave me some research recommendations, then met me and let me try out a few bikes he picked out for me. He made sure I was aware of all the trade offs of each and helped me make the best decision based on my preference/needs. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. Would recommend buying through him for any carbon bike needs you have.

He made the buying process very easy and made sure the bike was a great fit. He also gave a full tutorial into maintenance for the bike. Highly recommend.

Mike was extremely helpful with the bike selection process, allowing me 2+ hours to go through as many bikes as I was curious about. Settled on a Specialized SL5, and tire went flat in first week. I’ve purchased two bikes from Mike - a Specialized SL6 last year for myself and a Cannondale Synapse this year for my girlfriend. Both times were a 10/10 experience. Mike is knowledgeable, straightforward, and clearly cares about getting you on the right bike rather than just making a sale. The process was smooth, communication was great, and he made sure everything was dialed in perfectly. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

When I reached Mike, he said, "I can pick you up at the airport". The guy is so responsive because he wants to sell his product. Later, I realised how wrong I was with my assumption.

First, he was very flexible. Despite my rescheduling our first meeting twice, he always replied sensibly and with compassion (I flew to the US from another part of the world). Second, which stood out even more profoundly to me, he thoroughly responded to all my questions, spending almost 1 hour explaining every detail one should be mindful of when purchasing a bike (the sign of a seasoned cycling enthusiast).

Lastly, be very cautious - you are about to obtain a good friend. Here are at least two reasons why: 1. Mike has never rejected any of my requests (whether it's a bike-related (bike fit, shop) or other suggestions (in my case, advice regarding obtaining a mortgage) and always gave a valuable response; 2. The service was truly personalized, as Mike helped me not only be prepared for my first Half Ironman but also helped me pack the bike for my flight back (taking into consideration allowable suitcase requirements).

Mike is the absolute best! I knew i wanted a new road bike but iwasnt sure what kind would be best for me. I told mike the kind of trail i ride, distance, terrain and literally gave every single detail i needed to know (dont worry he wont quiz you😉) and then guided me into finding the right match.
