After scouring the used market for six months for a particular bike, I found one at Brooklyn Carbon. Mike is very knowledgeable in the bikes he sells from specs thru models and what will be best for the client. I am a new road cyclist and he was very helpful with explaining the differences in frames, brands, etc. Ultimately, he helped me prioritize COMFORT over brand. His prices are great, helpful with drop off, recommended the best bike maintenance guy, and more.
Lastly, he helped me navigate being overcharged by a biking repair company for cost and is very understanding. I will 100% continue working with Mike when finding the best solutions for this new purchase and have forwarded a good friend of mine looking for a new bike as well!
