Mike is great to deal with - knowledgeable, patient, helpful, accommodating and no pressure! I am fairly new to cycling. I called Mike and told him I was riding an older bike and was ready to upgrade but not sure to what. He brought several bikes for me to try. He patiently explained the differences. Mike was extremely helpful with the bike selection process, allowing me 2+ hours to go through as many bikes as I was curious about. Settled on a Specialized SL5, and tire went flat in first week. Mike got me an extra tube, and went through the trouble of helping me with fixing the flat, even though I had already purchased the bike.
