Bought a 2015 Cervelo R3 from Mike not long ago. between the ride home from BK to Queens and few laps in Central Park to a Bear Mountain Century, I have been nothing but happy with the purchase. A really great bike, excited for the next ride. Mike was really helpful getting the bike setup and was generally a pleasure to work with. Will buy from again.
Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He gave up a significant amount of time to walk me through all of the components of the bike that I was viewing to really help me understand what I was purchasing. No pressure to purchase anything just genuine interest in sharing his knowledge of bikes. Would absolutely purchase from him again.
I found Brooklyn Carbon bike Co on Facebook marketplace. Went to their website and purchased the bike after a few emails . Met to pick up my bike and everything was perfect. Great value will buy from again!
Pretty new to the performance bike world.
I was doing months of research of whether to buy off of FB Marketplace/Ebay, buy new, buy a frame, etc etc. and stumbled on BCBC. And I'm glad I did.
Mike is super knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to purchase and pick my bike up from him today. He also took time out of his day during the pickup to give me a bunch of tips and tons of basic knowledge about biking.
Great value. You won't be disappointed.
This was truly the best customer experience I have ever had. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I found the bike that was right for me and even made some adjustments to a bike I test rode and felt was just a bit too big. He taught me a lot about bikes in general and made sure that I was purchasing a bike that matches my needs. A key selling point for me was that he offers exchanges if the bike ends up not suiting your needs in the future and you wanted to try a different model. After deciding on the bike(which was the Cannondale Synapse Carbon 5), he suggested potential upgrades in the future and made sure I had all the tools necessary to maintain my bike. I will definitely be coming back to Mike for any future upgrades!
