This was truly the best customer experience I have ever had. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I found the bike that was right for me and even made some adjustments to a bike I test rode and felt was just a bit too big. He taught me a lot about bikes in general and made sure that I was purchasing a bike that matches my needs. A key selling point for me was that he offers exchanges if the bike ends up not suiting your needs in the future and you wanted to try a different model. After deciding on the bike(which was the Cannondale Synapse Carbon 5), he suggested potential upgrades in the future and made sure I had all the tools necessary to maintain my bike. I will definitely be coming back to Mike for any future upgrades!
You can tell Mike's goal is to make sure you're genuinely happy with your purchase and not just simply make a sale. Was given 2 hours to test ride a wide selection of road bikes that he picked out for me after I let him know what my budget and goals were. Would definitely buy from Mike again in the future and will recommend him to any friends/family looking for a bike.
